SUMMARY:Norwood Summer Academy Youth Theatre:  July 5 - July 28th
DESCRIPTION:Working with high school drama teacher John Quinn\, students will dive into acting\, improvisation\, playwriting\, storytelling\, theatre games and more theatre games\, developing skills\, confidence\, and friendships. \nWe’re expanding the age range: Students from 8–16 years old will take part in a mix of theatrical training\, culminating in a live onstage performance.  This will help us build a multi-generational community of students involved in drama by developing mentoring skills in experienced students who provide guidance to and welcome newcomers \nThe course runs Monday through Thursday\, 9am to 12pm\, from July 5th through July 28th  at the Coakley Middle School. Students may sign up through the Summer Academy on the District website or contact Dr Crowley at 781-440-5929 if interested.
